In order to sign up for postpaid "Be Free 3500" tariff plan, you need to visit any Team Sales and Customer Care Center with a document, confirming your identity.
Тariff plan fee is 3500 AMD per month.

To check the remaining minutes, SMS, and MB in the package, dial *113#.
To check the balance, dial *102#.
After consuming of 300 minutes package, 10000 on-net minutes are provided.
After consuming included packages the following tariffs wiil be applied:

To avoid additional charges it is recommended to change the tariff plan in the first days of the month.
Postpaid "Be Free 3500" tariff plan is fully available on the first day of the month when you join the package. In the event of joining another day, the subscriber fee and the minutes, SMS and MBs provided by the package are calculated by the end of the month.
In case of terminating the contract on mobile communication services provision unused means on the balance of the subscriber at the moment of termination of the contract are not returned.
The operator monthly provides invoice to subscriber for provided services (at the end of billing cycle) according to the operator's actual tariffs.
Unlimited internet
You have no right to offer / provide the services you receive to third parties on a paid or free basis.
In the public offer, the terms of internet use are defined, the main points:
7.2.2. Not to offer/provide the Services, whether paid for or free of charge, to third parties, as well as not to take action to distribute the volumes and provide third parties with access to the restricted internet included in the tariff plan.
11.1.3. You have used the Services improperly, unlawfully or inappropriately.
11.1.10. You have performed one of the actions specified in paragraph 7.2.2 of the Offer; depending on the tariff plan the speed of the provided Internet-service may be limited by the speed set by the Operator.
Under the terms of the “Be free 3500” price plan, the provided internet volume is 200 GB, upon reaching which the Operator has the right to reduce the internet speed to 512 Kb / s.

The volume of the transferred/received data is rounded to the highest value in the billing period. "Mobile GPRS - Internet", "Internet for All" services - up to 10 Kb accurate.

The mentioned terms of the tariff plan are valid only on the territory of Armenia.
The maximum duration of one call is 120 minutes.
Tariffication is done in seconds, starting from the 1st second.
The prices are in AMD, including VAT.

With "Be Free 3500" tariff plan 30 channels is provided in the TeamTV application.
For new subscribers, the service of TeamTV channels is automatically activated.
In order to use the service of TeamTV channels, current subscribers must dial *818# to receive their login and password.
In case of losing login or password dial *812#.
TeamTV mobile application does not consume internet megabytes and is available all over the country.
Using TeamTV without consuming megabytes means that upon enabling Be Free tariff plan, the megabytes included in the package shall not be used while watching TeamTV in 3G or 4G (LTE) mobile networks and no additional fees shall be charged from your balance.
TeamTV app is available on the following platforms:
- iOS-version 14.0 and higher, for mobile devices
- Android version 6.0 and above, Mobile Phone, TV Box, Smart TV application
- Samsung Smart TV - Tizen OS version 3.0 and higher, model range since 2017.
Rebroadcasting of TV channels (audio-visual programs) is provided by "Telecom Armenia" OJSC and "TEAM" CJSC.
To use the 300 minutes package when making calls to the Beeline Russia and Tele2 network, the USA and Canada, you can call by direct number dialing or by dialing *88* before the number.

In case of calling to the Beeline Russia and Tele2 mobile network with other codes to the numbers transferred to the Beeline Russia and Tele2 within the framework of the number portability service, the charging is done according to standard tariffs.
After consuming services included in the package, international calls are charged according to standard tariffs.
You can use the "Armenians' World" service and make a call with more affordable rates by dialing *88* or 88 before the number.
